Our 1-2-1 swim training course consists of six one hour pool sessions, beginning with the basics. Your instructor will highlight the key faults in your technique, which will form the core syllabus for your personal programme. From there the coach will ensure your breathing technique and body position is correct for your goal, whether it be for more effective open water swimming or Triathlon training. All sessions are held at our swimlab facility in Wilmslow, Cheshire using the very latest endless pool and HD video technology.
Each week the course will aim to help you improve your stroke,ensuring more efficient and effective time in the water. Time will be spent on the following technique areas:

-Develop technique to catch the water effectively and increase forward momentum
