DELIVERY AND RETURNS
In summary we offer a simple, fair and efficient service to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely, hassle free and in good condition.
- ALL deliveries are sent via UPS
- ALL deliveries are charged at flat rates
- ALL items are despatched as follows
Orders received before 14:00 are despatched the same day, subject to stock availability
Orders received after 14:00 are despatched the following day.

ALL orders are shipped FREE OF CHARGE regardless of weight, size or value
ALL orders are shipped on a 24 hour service
ALL orders will need to be signed for
ALL first orders MUST be sent to the card holder's registered address
[an alternative address can be specified on subsequent orders]

We can deliver almost anywhere in the world!
Delivery charges will vary according to location and will show at the end of your online transaction. We are aware that carrier rates can appear expensive for some locations - please feel free to contact Customer Service if you would like us to quote for carriage before you order from us - customerservice@royles.biz
RETURNS
We offer a simple returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don’t fit, if you’ve ordered the wrong things or if you simply don’t like what you have ordered.
Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt and must be in their original packaging, unused and in pristine condition [clothing must have it's tags attached].
Items may be returned directly to the store providing you bring your receipt and do so within the 14 day period. If convenient this is sometimes the best option as it allows you to look at alternative products or try different sizes.
