Delivery Information
We offer a simple, fair and efficient service to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely, hassle free and in good condition. All of our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force at a flat rate regardless of weight, size or value. A next day service will be used for all domestic orders; however we are unable to guarantee delivery times.

Orders received Monday to Friday before 2pm will be despatched the same day (subject to stock availability). Orders received after 2pm will be despatched on the next working day. For bike orders please allow for up to 2 working days for despatch.
All first time orders must be shipped to the cardholder's registered address; an alternative address can be specified on subsequent orders.
For orders below £50 that are too large to fit through a letterbox you may specify a safe place for the package to be left, there are only 29 characters available to do this. This option is not available when shipping to a business address as a signature will always be required.
Click & Collect
Orders placed before 2pm can be collected free of charge from our store in Wilmslow the next day, for clearance items please allow 48 hours for collection.
Faulty Or Incorrect Items
Please contact Customerservice@Royles.biz if you have received a faulty or incorrect item, quoting your order reference and nature of the fault. If deemed to be a genuine fault within the warranty period we will issue a prepaid postage label, or for larger items arrange collection by courier. Please note we cannot refund the cost of postage if you choose not to use this service. It is your responsibility to ensure items are adequately packaged.
Faulty items being returned within their warranty period will be sent back to the manufacturer, these claims may take up to 3 weeks to be resolved.
Returns
We offer a simple returns policy and are happy to accept items for a refund or exchange if they don't fit, if you've ordered the wrong thing or if you simply don't like what you have ordered.
Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt and must be in their original packaging, unused and in pristine condition (clothing must have its tags attached). A copy of the delivery invoice must be enclosed. Please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed.
Items may be returned directly to our store providing you bring your receipt and do so within the 14 day period. If convenient this is sometimes the best option as it allows you to look at alternative products or try different sizes.
